At the end of 2016 the best potato chips brand in Romania needed a strong promotional campaign that would take sales up another notch. The twist was that we needed to find a prize that could fit into the Lay's bag and be different from everything they've offered before. Challenge accepted. We came up with the most wanted prize by their core target: internet megabytes. We managed to provide hundreds of megabytes in over 12 million bags with the help of Vodafone, partner and internet provider for the campaign. From the moment we launched the campaign with a 360 integrated communication strategy, the whole country went into an internet frenzy hunting down the internet packed Lay's bags.
We went beyond what was targeted both in image, awareness and sales. Quite a tasty victory, both for Lay's and for us.
