A first in a series of employer branding initiatives for Provident, Happy Calls was a two day activation that surprised Provident’s call center employees who were working during the holiday. While most companies reward their employees with Christmas baskets, we decided to go beyond the traditional and give them something more: unexpected cheerful calls from a classically trained singer, a group of caroling children and even “Santa Clause” himself.
